Throughout class, you’ll have the option to explore:

Journaling and yoga poses
All elements are optional, allowing you to engage in a way that honors your unique needs and energy. Supportive props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps are available to help you find comfort and grounding throughout the practice.
As a trauma-informed yoga teacher, Una Setia invites students to get curious about their own strengths and challenges, offering multiple options throughout class to foster choice and agency. Her teaching intention is simple yet profound:
