Emerge is looking for clinicians who are curious about psychodynamic thinking and looking to deepen their practice alongside a committed collegial community. We provide a stimulating group practice environment that allows clinicians a lot of autonomy and creativity in clinical practice, while also providing support. Emerge has a strong sense of community, including ongoing case consultation groups, team meetings, and regular social events.

We are now hiring for the late summer/ fall of 2026 for unlicensed LPCC, LGSW, and LP clinicians as well as licensed clinicians from all disciplines.

If you’re looking for a new clinical home with a group of clinicians who care deeply for their patients, each other, and our community and world, Emerge is for you.

An ideal candidate has had exposure to and interest in psychodynamic thinking and is curious about concepts like unconscious motivations and the impact and potential meaning of the patient/therapist relationship. We are also interested in thinking about the body: somatic information and regulation can be powerful partners in a transformative treatment. If you have had primarily cognitive and/or behavioral clinical experiences in the past, working and growing at Emerge will feel very different for you and will require flexibility and openness to new thoughts.
