Director of Human Resources & Finance
Billing Manager
I oversee the HR and Finance departments at Emerge, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need any support! I also manage our billing team and enjoy supporting both patients and therapists to keep things running smoothly. With a background in Art Therapy and a strong foundation in helping professions, I bring a positive mindset, a collaborative approach, and a problem-solving brain to my role. Outside of work, I’m a mom, a beekeeper, and a chicken-keeper, and I spend as much time as I can traveling and exploring new places. My backyard is a little homestead, and I love finding joy in both the big adventures and the small, everyday moments.

Facilities Manager
As Facilities Manager at Emerge, I help ensure our spaces are safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for both clinicians and clients. With a background in business ownership, operations, and project management, I bring a practical, organized, and solutions-focused approach to my role. I enjoy improving our spaces and making sure our clinicians have what they need to do their best work. Outside of Emerge, I own and operate local indoor playgrounds with my husband, and am a mom to two teenage boys. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family at the lake, creating in my craft space, and cheering on my boys at the baseball field!

Intake Coordinator & Senior Office Administrator
As Emerge’s Intake Coordinator and Senior Office Administrator, I work with prospective clients, support the billing team, and work closely with our clinicians and insurance providers. My background in social work, the nonprofit sector, and customer service allow me to promote Emerge’s mission and values. With a strong passion for helping others, I enjoy bringing my empathy, organization, and problem-solving skills to my role at Emerge. Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, traveling, and cooking. I am also in school for massage therapy, continuing my passion for wellness and care from a new perspective.
Morgan Menkeshe/her/hers
Billing Assistant
I’m the Billing Assistant at Emerge, so I work with the Billing Specialist and Finance Director to keep clients informed and supported through the billing process. I have a background in administrative work in higher ed and nonprofit spaces, and I am currently in a counseling psychology Master’s program. I’m passionate about disability justice and liberation psychology and hope to live out those values in my future therapeutic practice. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and camping.
