The therapy space becomes something different to each of us. Sometimes we are looking to accomplish a specific goal and other times, looking for a place to be intentionally present with ourselves for a while. Whatever brings you to this moment, finding a therapist that feels compatible with that vision is often a part of that process. Here’s a little about me.
With individuals and partners, my goal is to hold the many stories and systems that impact our relationship with ourselves and others. My style is collaborative, rather than prescribed or directive. This means that I continually come back to your individual goals, values, and autonomy. I work to provide the balance of offering practical strategies alongside opportunity for self-understanding.

My experience includes work with depression, identity, grief, anxiety, trauma, and the transition to adulthood. I have the Gottman Level I training for couples, as well as the Prepare/Enrich certification. I frequently incorporate mindfulness and somatic work, generating curiosity for and tuning into the mind and body connection.
