Megan Gustafson, MA, LSC
she/her
I enjoy working with kids, teens, and adults and offer individual, couples, and family therapy. My therapeutic approach is person centered, as I believe people, no matter the age, first and foremost need to feel heard and understood. I create a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients through humor, kindness, and compassion, and try to make therapy as accessible as possible for all people.
When working with clients, I like to explore early experiences to understand how they might be influencing current thoughts and behaviors. My hope is that exploring the past can help bring meaning and clarity to the present. I also work hard to build a trusting relationship with my clients, as I do not believe the work is possible without trust in the therapist and the process. I received my Master’s Degree in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy from Adler Graduate School in 2016. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, relationship concerns, perinatal and postpartum concerns, neurodivergence, school difficulties, and grief and loss.
