Tatum Putrah, MS

she/her/hers

We are all faced with challenges in life that can be tough to navigate alone. Whether you are dealing with a persistent mental health issue, going through a difficult season in life, or just looking for a listening ear, I am here to help you work through these challenges. I believe that everyone has the desire and capacity for personal growth and change, and that this is best achieved when the person is provided a supportive environment and treated with empathy. I understand that it can be difficult to open up to someone new about personal struggles. I place a strong focus on establishing a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship to help you feel comfortable exploring your inner self.

I obtained my Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. I have experience working with adults and adolescents with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem issues, substance use issues, and codependency and relationship issues. I’m also passionate about issues related to disordered eating and body image.

Whatever it is that brings you to therapy, I look forward to working together to help bring more stability and fulfillment to your life.
