she/her/hers

I offer somatic and psychodynamic therapy to help you go beyond surface-level talk or coping. Together, we’ll explore your inner world and your body’s patterns, noticing how your past shows up today and creating space for deep, transformative healing. My focus areas include trauma, self-esteem, relationships, body image, anxiety, and depression.

I believe therapy is a place to bring your whole self—your thoughts, feelings, and the quieter experiences that are hard to put into words. In a world where we’re often told what to be and how to feel, therapy offers a rare chance to slow down, turn inward, and illuminate a path toward greater peace, trust, and joy. I’m here to help you connect with your authentic self—body, mind, and spirit—and discover what you need to feel more at home within yourself and in your relationships.   Using a psychodynamic lens, I help you uncover patterns and beliefs rooted in your past. I integrate somatic techniques to help you move from understanding these connections to truly experiencing change, as your body processes and transforms these experiences. My work is grounded in the belief that insight and embodiment together create a richer, more empowering therapeutic experience. I work with adults and couples, using a warm, active approach guided by curiosity and respect for many ways of being. In addition to my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I hold a master’s degree in Communication, which helps me support clients in expressing themselves and building stronger connections with others. I welcome clients of all intersecting identities and backgrounds.
