It’s never too early or too late to begin therapy. When the time feels right, this can be a space just for you, to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s been held inside. Therapy offers the chance to be fully seen and supported by someone in your corner, showing up with kindness, accountability, curiosity, and hope.
With a background in domestic and sexual violence advocacy, much of my work has focused on supporting people as they navigate trauma and the ways it shapes how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. I offer space to gently explore the layers of identity, history, and lived experience with care. We often hold deep insight about what we need. Sometimes we just need a little encouragement, a reminder that we’re allowed to take up space and that we deserve the same compassion we’d offer to a child in pain.
I take a psychodynamic approach to therapy. I understand that healing can sometimes feel abstract and confusing. I’m here to help you sort through it piece by piece. Therapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ something; it’s about building a new relationship with yourself, whether that means working through big emotions or something you can’t quite name yet. Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and self-compassion, creating space for you to show up for yourself in the ways you’ve been longing for
I incorporate a somatic lens, inviting you to gently reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom and safety. You are not separate from nature—you are nature. A living, breathing mammal, shaped by the same rhythms and elements that move through the world around you. Fire, water, earth, air, and space exist within you, guiding your emotions, instincts, and the way you move through life. Your body holds deep intelligence, constantly speaking to you through sensation, tension, and longing. Together, we’ll explore what it means to slowly re-root yourself, build trust in your own cycles, honor your needs, and expand your capacity to be fully present in your body, alive to the experience of being you.
I am open to working with kids, teens, and adults, wherever they are in their process.
I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker, practicing under supervision. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Georgia State University and my Bachelor of Arts from Bethel University, where I studied Acting and Directing. My path into therapy has been shaped by a deep interest in people, their stories, emotions, and what makes them who they are. I approach each session with curiosity, care, and a genuine appreciation for the bravery it takes to open up and be seen.
