Kirby Seiboldshe/her/hers

Director of Human Resources and Finance

Billing Manager

I oversee the HR and Finance departments at Emerge, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need any support! I also manage our billing team and enjoy supporting both patients and therapists to keep things running smoothly. With a background in Art Therapy and a strong foundation in helping professions, I bring a positive mindset, a collaborative approach, and a problem-solving brain to my role. Outside of work, I’m a mom, a beekeeper, and a chicken-keeper, and I spend as much time as I can traveling and exploring new places. My backyard is a little homestead, and I love finding joy in both the big adventures and the small, everyday moments.

Director of Marketing and Facilities

Intake Coordinator

I’m the Director of Marketing and Facilities at Emerge, where I help create smooth, welcoming experiences for both our patients and our therapists. With a background in Intercultural Business, I bring a lens of cultural awareness, communication, and systems thinking to my work. I oversee our offices, support daily operations, and lead the marketing efforts that share who we are and what we offer.

As the Intake Coordinator, I’m one of the first points of contact for new clients. I take care in understanding what they need and connecting them with the therapist who will be the best fit. Outside of work, I’m a mom to three littles who keep life joyful and full. Motherhood has deepened my appreciation for the importance of support, care, and connection, values I bring with me into my work every day.

Client Care and Billing Specialist

As a Customer Care and Billing Specialist, I play a key role on the billing team, working closely with patients and insurance providers to ensure the billing process runs smoothly and efficiently. I also assist with patient intakes and scheduling, helping new clients begin their therapy journey with ease and confidence. I have a degree in Family Science, with a background in social work, the nonprofit sector, and customer service. I have a passion for helping others, and I enjoy bringing my empathy, organization, and problem-solving skills to my role at Emerge. Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, traveling, and cooking for my loved ones. Alongside working at Emerge, I have worked as a flight attendant this past year, providing me the opportunity to travel often, including a visit to The Great Wall of China. I am now going back to school for massage therapy, continuing my passion for wellness and care from a new perspective.

Emily Shivelyshe/her/hers

Facilities Assistant

I joined the Emerge team in September 2025 and serve as the eyes and ears of both the Park Glen and North Loop locations. You can often find me stocking coffee and snacks in the kitchen, moving items between offices, addressing spills, and caring for our office plants. In my role, I support the Office Manager to help ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Outside of my work at Emerge, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young children, teaching group fitness classes at the YMCA, and tending to my own home plant collection.
