Feeling unseen or misunderstood—especially by the people closest to you—can be deeply painful. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to carry that alone. Many people I work with are healing from childhood trauma, living with chronic pain or illness, navigating disability or neurodivergence, or exploring gender and sexual identity.

Our work together looks at how past experiences and relationships continue to shape the present. With a psychodynamic approach, we’ll notice patterns—sometimes hidden—that may be keeping you or your relationships stuck. As these dynamics come into focus, space opens for healing, growth, and new choices.

I also work with couples and families who feel caught in cycles of conflict or disconnection, as well as parents seeking support for children who are struggling. Whether the work is individual or relational, sessions are a place where there’s no need to hide, mask, or shrink to feel accepted. The aim is to foster deeper connection, belonging, and self-acceptance—so you and your loved ones can move through life with more authenticity and ease.
