Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
As a therapist, I believe deeply in the possibility of healing, growth, and meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported. A space where it’s safe to bring your full self, with whatever thoughts, feelings, or questions are present. In our work together, I’ll bring curiosity, compassion, and directness. I’m here to really get to know you. Not just your struggles, but your story, your strengths, and your hopes. Together, we’ll honor what has shaped you, while also gently interrupting patterns that may no longer be serving you.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief/loss, work-related stress and other issues. I support adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. I hold an ongoing awareness of how identity, culture and systemic forces impact the way we experience the world and relate to ourselves and others. I welcome all parts of your experience in our work together.
