After years of working directly with children and families, I’ve come to deeply value the essential role parents play in shaping emotional development, family dynamics, and lasting change. I now focus my practice on supporting parents — both individually and as part of a couple — who are navigating the complex, often overwhelming demands of parenting, relationships, and personal growth.
My work is grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and systemic frameworks. I view symptoms, behaviors, and emotional struggles as meaningful signals — ways your mind and body communicate that something needs attention. These signals often reflect unmet needs or deeper, sometimes unconscious patterns shaped by early relationships and life experiences. Therapy provides a space to explore those patterns, increase self-understanding, and generate corrective emotional experiences, and foster new ways of responding — both within yourself and in your relationships with your children, partner, and families.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I show up as a real person in the room and work to build a relationship where you feel safe to reflect, take emotional risks, and grow. My practice is rooted in social justice values and guided by gender-affirming, culturally responsive care. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds and actively seek out consultation and feedback to continue learning and providing thoughtful, informed care.
Whether you’re facing parenting stress, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, or relationship strain, our work together can help you reconnect with your values, make sense of your emotional world, and create more space for clarity, connection, and change.
